Certainly.  An individual can register on any "open registration" dates.  (calendar currently being updated!) Will "real" weapons be used in the simulations? Absolutely not.  How much does it cost? How old do you have to be to participate? The initiative is designed for citizens 16+.  Some of the simulations involve driver safety, so attendees should be at least driving age.
